We Are Capable
We Are Capable is a mindset-first fitness app created by Adriana Blanc helping women get strong and stay consistent through a guilt-free mindset towards exercise, your body, and food.
I’ve created a 4-Week Beginner to Yoga series for the app which includes two 15-minute classes a week. The practices can be done alone, on a rest day, or at the end of a workout for a relaxing and restorative stretch.
