1. Completion Terms

All courses must be completed within the stated course dates. There will be no credit for enrolments not completed within this time. All coaching packages must be used within the stated package lengths. All private class packs must be used within 2 months of purchase. All group yoga class packs must be used within 3 months of purchase. Exceptions to this policy will be given at my discretion.

2.       Cancellation

All paid registrations in all Simone Topel offerings are non-refundable. If you do not attend a class, course component, workshop or private session in which you are enrolled a refund or credit is not available and you will need to purchase again if you wish to attend a future similar event. Scheduled private yoga or coaching sessions must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance; if not, you will be expected to pay for the class. Exceptions to this policy will only be given under extenuating circumstances and at my discretion.

3.   Product Warranty (if applicable)

If any product that you receive with your enrolment is found to be faulty, our only obligation to you it to replace the faulty product within 10 business days of your written request and return of the faulty product.

4.   Financial, legal and medical advice disclaimer

We make no representation and give no warranty to the accuracy or completeness of the information provided at or in relation to any Classes or Courses and do not accept responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies in, or omissions from, the information contained therein. The information provided during or in relation to the program is for general purposes only and it does not purport to be comprehensive or to render specific advice. Nor should it be regarded as financial, legal or medical advice. If any information or advice that may constitute financial, legal or medical advice is given at or in relation to an event, such advice is not authorised by Simone Topel and does not constitute financial, legal or medical advice given by Simone Topel. This disclaimer does not purport to exclude any warranties implied by law which may not be lawfully excluded.

5.   Intellectual Property

All material relating to the class or course for which you are enrolling whether presented during, before or after the class or course, is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights.  The copyright in all such materials remains the property of their owners and may not be recorded, used or reproduced, without the written permission of the copyright owner. You agree not to do anything, at any time that would infringe the intellectual property rights in such materials.

Group classes online may be recorded and these recordings may be sold as stand alone classes in the future. By participating in an online event with Simone Topel you consent to having your voice recorded and these recordings sold at a later date. You also agree that there will be no financial or other form of compensation for you for this.

6.   Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of other fellow participants, where relevant. You agree not to violate the privacy or intellectual rights of any class participant.
