  • You tried yoga once upon a time but feel like you could use a refresher

  • You’ve practised using online yoga videos but want the personalised guidance and feedback of a teacher, in the flesh.

Yoga for Beginners, Hackney London

If you've been wanting to “get into yoga”, this one's for you.

In this course you will: 


+ Learn the fundamentals, including poses (asana), breathing (pranayama) and meditation exercises


+ Learn about healthy alignment and ways to modify poses to fit your body


+ Build on your knowledge each week so at the end of the course you feel confident attending open level yoga classes


You will benefit from a supportive group setting where each week you can expect to simply enjoy trying something new amongst like-minded people.

  • YES. Flexibility is not a prerequisite for yoga or this course. Anyone can improve their flexibility over time, with practice. If you don’t feel flexible but are keen to learn and practice, you’re in the right place. Rest assured that you’ll be offered different variations to adjust poses to fit your body.

  • All of the equipment you need will be available for you to use free of charge at the studio.
